Safety Town Registration Opens January 1, 2024
Registration for Safety Town begins on January 1, 2024.
Safety Town is for children who reside in the City of Perrysburg and will be entering kindergarten or first grade in the Fall. Its purpose is to teach basic safety education focusing on pedestrian, bicycle, bus, and recreational safety.
The program will run June 3-14, 2024 at Woodland Elementary School. Parents can register their child for either the morning (9-11 a.m.) or afternoon (12-2 p.m.) session. Each session is limited to 120 children.
Registration and payments are done online through Rec Desk. This is the same online portal that is used for Summer Recreation Programs. Parents who signed up for Summer Rec through that website can log in with the same credentials. Parents using the online portal for the first time can follow the steps to create an account.
There is a $35 fee to help defray the costs such as materials, snacks, drinks, special events, equipment, and personnel. All payments are to be made online at the time of registration.
