Notice of Sanitary Sewer Improvements
The City of Perrysburg has contracted Kyle Sherman Excavating for sanitary sewer improvements on East Third Street between Elm and Locust Street.
The project will entail removing and replacing approximately 1,200 linear feet of sewer ranging in size from 4" to 24" in diameter. Due to the location of the sewer, there will also be approximately 3,065 square feet of sidewalk that will be removed and replaced as part of the project. Other incidentals include driveway repair, pavement repair, tree removals, and required erosion and sediment control. If your property is scheduled to have a tree(s) removed, a notice will be sent.
The tentative start date for this project is Monday, November 27, 2023, and the project is planned to be completed by the end of the year. Final restoration will be completed in the Spring of 2024. Traffic will be maintained during the project. All work will be weather permitting.
