A reminder from the City of Perrysburg Income Tax Division: City of Perrysburg income tax returns for the 2022 tax year and estimated tax payments for the 1st quarter of 2023 are due on or before April 18, 2023.

Taxpayers may file their city tax return electronically here. Or, city income tax forms are available for download (in a PDF format) from the “Income Tax” folder found under the pulldown menu labeled “Forms & Permits.” Paper tax forms are also available for pickup in the atrium area of the Municipal Building.

Completed tax forms and/or tax payments may be dropped in the secure drop slot located along the brick wall in the atrium area of the Municipal Building (the drop slot is available 24-hours per day via the entrance along Walnut Street).

Tax Division office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is located in the lower level of the Municipal Building at 201 West Indiana Avenue.
