2022 CITY SPRING BRUSH PICK-UP IS COMPLETED

BRUSH IN THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY MUST BE REMOVED BY FRIDAY, APRIL 29, 2022
Perrysburg City brush pick-up has been completed. Any brush out at the street now is the responsibility of the homeowner. These are the options for brush disposal: 

RENEWED OUTDOORS, LLC Compost Facility at 23691 North Dixie Highway (between Five Point and Reitz roads) phone 419-874-5537. The hours of operation are: 

March 15 through December 15
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SATURDAYS
8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
CLOSED SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS

Use the Pay-As-You-Throw Yard Waste Disposal Program which has these options: 

• Single Use Yard Waste Tags at $2.00 per bag/bundle tag
  • Yard waste disposal tags may be purchased at Black Diamond, Kazmaier’s, Kroger and Walt Churchill’s Market.
  • Generic paper waste bags are available at Walt Churchill’s Market, Kazmaier’s, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Meijer and Kroger. Each bag or bundle must have a yard waste disposal tag attached.
  • Bundled brush cannot be longer than 4 feet long or 2 feet wide and weigh more than 65 pounds.
  • Set out on your regular refuse collection day by 7:00 a.m., two feet from the City issued Toters.
• Toter Yard Waste Curbside Collection
  • Purchase either a 64 gallon or 96 gallon green Toter at the Perrysburg Lowe’s and then purchase the appropriate disposal tag at the locations listed above. $4.50 for the 64 gallon Toter or $6.25 for the 96 gallon Toter.
  • Set out on your regular refuse collection day by 7:00 a.m., two feet from the City issued Toters.

Brush in the City right-of-way must be removed by Friday, April 29.
Failure to comply with the above request is in violation of Section 660.15 of the City Codified Ordinances. The City of Perrysburg will remove the brush and the owner of the affected property will be billed for the cost of the work. If said billing is not paid, it will then be certified by the city clerk to the tax duplicate book as an assessment against the property. The minimum charge is $100.00 for one hour or any part thereof. Each additional hour, or any part thereof, will be charged at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
