The Schaller Memorial Building is located at 130 West Indiana Avenue; adjacent to the Perrysburg Senior Center and Perrysburg Fire Station. This building serves as the American Legion Post 28. This building is available for rental for family and community events.

Amenities at the Schaller Memorial Building include 17, 8-foot tables and 130 chairs. A kitchen with a fridge and freezer is available to rental groups. The stove and oven are not for use. There are 16 electrical plugs in the kitchen area for food warming appliances. The dimensions of the main hall are 30’ wide by 60’ long.
