Today, April 30, is National Arbor Day, a day set aside for schools, civic clubs, and other organizations, as well as individuals, to reflect on the importance of trees in our state and across our nation.  Every year, Arbor Day in Perrysburg is hosted by the Perrysburg Street Tree Commission.  Due to COVID-19, this year’s event is virtual.  The City has put together a short newsletter that includes statements from the Mayor, the Country Garden Club, and Wild Toledo; as well as a section recognizing the students whose winning artwork will be displayed on banners along Louisiana Avenue in downtown Perrysburg.
