PUBLIC NOTICE: State Route 25/West South Boundary Intersection Improvement

The project includes installing an exclusive right turn lane on the south approach of State Route 25; installing a second left turn lane on the east approach of West South Boundary Street; installing an exclusive right turn lane on the east approach of West South Boundary; new traffic signalization; new pavement markings and signage; drainage work; restoring disturbed drives and lawns; and reconfiguring the Marco’s Pizza and Mr. Freeze drives to right-in/right-out only. All work will be confined to the existing rights-of-way, with no property to be acquired. Property owners will not be taxed for the project.

Project funding will be from the Federal Highway Administration and City of Perrysburg improvement funds. Work is scheduled to begin April 26 and will be completed by October 1, 2021. Businesses having only one drive onto West South Boundary Street shall have their drive constructed part width to maintain access. Businesses having two drives onto West South Boundary Street shall have at least one drive open at all times during business hours. Traffic will be maintained during the project.
