The City of Perrysburg has initiated a process to create a LAND USE PLAN UPDATE, called Perrysburg Tomorrow, which will guide the community for years to come.  This planning process is rooted in community values and aspirations.  It creates a platform to guide and align local leaders, stakeholders, and the community toward a shared future. Residents are encouraged to get involved and help inform the City about growth over the next 20 years.  The perspective of the community is crucial when it comes to housing, mobility, green space, infrastructure, quality of life, image, and brand.

Please join the virtual open house to review the work completed over the course of the last few months, and provide your final input on the proposed changes and concepts.

Residents are encouraged to attend a virtual open house on Thursday, April 8th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  During this virtual open house, residents will have the opportunity to review and discuss the future land use districts and standards, focus area concepts, development character, community connections, and much more!
