The City of Perrysburg has partnered with CivicClerk to modernize the way agendas, minutes, and videos are presented to the public. CivicClerk offers a streamlined workflow for municipal employees and allows the public to access information quicker and more intuitively.  

Part of this implementation will involve moving the already-published agendas, minutes, and videos to CivicClerk’s system. This process is currently underway, but will take until the end of calendar year 2022 to complete.  

During this transition, agendas, minutes, and videos for meetings prior to August 1, 2022 can still be found on the City of Perrysburg’s website. Agendas, minutes, and videos for meetings after August 1, 2022 will be available on the Agendas & Minutes page. Click here for a direct link to the page. 

This new system will also allow the livestreaming of City Council meetings during their regularly scheduled time. The livestream can be viewed on the City’s website and will then be posted to the new Agendas & Minutes page afterwards. The next City Council meeting on August 16 at 6:30 p.m. will be the first one to be livestreamed.
