Public Meeting Notification from ODOT

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) would like to invite you to an open house to provide input on options to improve the interstate 75 and U.S. Route 20/U.S. Route 23 (Fremont Pike - Exit 193) interchange, located in Perrysburg Township, Wood County. A feasibility study is being created to explore options to improve safety and reduce congestion at the interchange. The study also proposes to construct a single lane roundabout at the intersection of U.S. Route20/U.S. Route 23 and E. South Boundary Street as well as a multi-use path along U.S. Route 20/U.S. Route 23 from East Boundary Street to Crossroads Parkway. Additional improvements include upgrades to sidewalks and crosswalks, curbs and gutters, roadway drainage, and lighting.

The purpose of the meeting is to explain the overall study, present the findings of the study so far (including potential impacts), answer your questions, and receive your input. Potential impacts include permanent and temporary right-of-way. Specific detour information and project funding is not known at this time. The in-person open house will be held at the following time and location:

As this is an open house style meeting, you are welcome to stop by any time between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to learn more about the project, chat with project team members, ask questions, and submit your feedback. Your attendance is greatly appreciated; however, all materials available during the open house, including the alternative exhibits, handout, comment form, and other graphics will be available at this website beginning March 31, 2022 so they can be viewed, and your comments submitted, at your convenience.

Comments should be submitted by April 30, 2022, to be documented in the public input summary report, which will include responses to all comments submitted during the 30-day period; however, ODOT will respond to all comments received at any time.
