This park is a quiet neighborhood park with no scheduled sports activities. The park is used by walkers and joggers. Baseball and softball practices are held in this park but no games are scheduled on these playing fields. Parking is available on the west and east sides of the park via Mark Lane and Queensland Boulevard, respectively.

Bicentennial Park has a picnic pavilion with tables and grills. Reservations are not taken for this picnic pavilion. It is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Added in 2001, the walking path circles the perimeter of the park and has access from neighborhood sidewalks. The full circuit of the crushed stone walking path is 0.5 miles. The baseball diamond was also renovated.

The playground equipment was added in 2002 and updated in 2023. Play equipment includes swings, slides, climbing equipment and musical instruments.

There is a half-court basketball court on the west side of the park.
