PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that during a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Perrysburg, on November 15, 2022, Resolution No. 96-2022 was adopted. This resolution expresses Council’s intent to sell personal property deemed to be no longer needed for public use or found obsolete or unfit for the use for which it was acquired, by utilizing utilizing Govdeals Inc. for 2023.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 721.15 of the Ohio Revised Code.
