CITY OF PERRYSBURG NEW WATER CUSTOMER APPLICATIONS

If the property you are purchasing or renting is located within the City of Perrysburg:
You need to come into the office located at 211 E. Boundary St. to complete an application for service.*  This should be done before you take possession of the house so that an appointment can be made for the final reading. If the water is turned off there is a $20.00 turn on fee.

If the property you are purchasing is located outside the City limits:
All individuals listed on the deed need to go to the Water and Sewer Billing office located at 211 E. Boundary St. and sign an agreement for service and complete an application for service. You will need to bring a copy of the deed with you to the Water and Sewer Billing office.

This needs to be complete as soon as possible after closing. It is best to contact the Billing office at 419-872-8050 before closing to determine if any additional information is needed. If the water is turned off there is a $30.00 turn on fee.

If the property you are renting is located outside the City limits:
You need to come into the Water and Sewer Billing office located at 211 E. Boundary St. to complete an application for service. This should be done before you move into the rental property so that an appointment can be made for the final reading. If the water is turned off there is a $20.00 turn on fee.

Please contact the Water and Sewer Billing office at 419-872-8050 prior to coming to the office to make sure the property you are renting is within our service district.

*If you have access to a fax machine, an application can be faxed to you.  The completed application can be faxed back to (419) 872-8058.

Water and Sewer bills are issued quarterly and are due 15 days after they are mailed. You can mail your payment to the above address, pay it at the office, drive-thru window, night deposit, or sign up for electronic payment.
