CSX Railroad Crossing Supplemental Safety Measures

Pursuant to an agreement between CSX Railroad, the Ohio Rail Development Commission, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and the City of Perrysburg, a project to install new warning gates and lights at the CSX crossing on Walnut, Locust and Elm Streets will be completed during the spring of 2010.  The CSX crossings at Pine, Cherry and Hickory Streets will be permanently closed within sixty (60) days of the installation of the new lights and gates at the other crossings.

MISSION STATEMENT:
To prosecute within ethical boundaries all misdemeanor offenses, traffic and criminal, committed in Perrysburg Municipal Court's jurisdiction including but not limited to Lake Township, Perrysburg Township, Troy Township, the Village of Walbridge, City of Northwood, Village of Millbury, City of Perrysburg and Village of Luckey.

To assist and advise all the Police and State agencies patrolling these areas including the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Ohio Department of Liquor Control, Ohio Division of Wildlife, Ohio Department of Taxation, Wood County Sheriff's Department, Ohio Division of Watercraft and the Tax and Zoning Departments of all municipal entities.

To remain current in all Appellate and Supreme Court cases involving all misdemeanor crimes including but not limited to DUI, Domestic Violence, Assault and all traffic cases.
