NEW PROCEDURE:  For Planning and Zoning Permits, including Zoning, Sidewalk, Driveway, Street Tree, Sign, Fence, Contractor Licence and Certificate of Occupancy, please download the Automated Permit File.  The different tabs at the bottom will indicate the proper form.  At the end tab there is Total Fees tab.  There is no longer an application to fill out.  Please fill out the permit only.   Please fill out all applicable permits and Certificate of Occupancy.
