The bronze statue of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry, the city's namesake, is located at this historic park. There is a beautiful viewing area that provides a birdseye view of Audobon Island on the Maumee River. Louisiana Avenue Dock
This boat dock is located at the foot of Hood Park in downtown Perrysburg. There are no boat launching facilities at this dock. Visitors to Perrysburg are invited to tie up their boat then shop and dine in the historic downtown. Boaters may tie up at the Louisiana Avenue Dock. Boaters are welcome to dock overnight and are reminded to contact the Perrysburg Police Division at 419-872-8001 if staying overnight .Porta-potties are available at this location.
