Bicentennial Park is located off  W. S. Boundary Street.

There are three park accesses off W. S. Boundary.

  • Maurice Place to Margaret Place to Marie Place
  • Maurice Place to Margaret Place to Queensland Blvd.
  • Twinbrook Drive to Mark Lane.

There is also access from Louisiana Avenue across from the Post Office

  • Whiteside Drive to Queensland Blvd.

This park is a quiet neighborhood park with no scheduled sports activites. The park is used by walkers and joggers. Soccer, baseball and softball practices are held in this park but no games are scheduled on these playing fields. Parking is available on the east and west sides of the park.,

Bicentennial Park has a picnic pavilion with tables and grills. Reservations are not taken for this picnic pavilion. It is on a first come first served basis.

 In 2001, the walking/jogging trail, circles the perimeter of the park and has access from neighborhood sidewalks. The baseball diamond and soccer field were also renovated. There is a half court basketball court on the west side of the park.

The playground equipment was added in 2002. Play equipment includes swings, slides and see-saw rockers.
