Owners of rental property in the City of Perrysburg are required to file a net profit income tax return for rental income generated from rental property located in the city.

Owners of rental property are also required to file reports to the city regarding certain details about all tenants occupying rental property within the city limits, and to report details regarding tenants who vacate rental property within the city limits.
