3 Year Terms
8 Members:  The Director of Public Service, the Superintendent of Lands and Sanitation, Planning and Zoning Division representative and five residents of the City. One of the five residents shall be a landscape architect.
Appointed by Mayor, confirmed by Council.

Meeting place: Conference room at the Department of Public Service 11980 Roachton

Member missing 3 consecutive meetings or more than one-half of the meetings in a calendar year, must be removed.
