7 Electors, all residents of the Municipality.
Appointed by Mayor, confirmed by Council.

Meet: Second Monday – 7:00 p.m.
No member shall be appointed for more than two (2) consecutive full terms.
Member missing three (3) consecutive meetings or more than one-half (1/2) of the meetings in a calendar year, must be removed.
