3 Year Terms; High School student’s term - 1 year ending June 1st
Eleven members, all residents of the City and two shall be high school students.  Also serving as ex-officio members of the Committee, Chairperson of the Recreation Committee of Council and the Superintendent of Parks, Land and Trees of the City.

Member missing 3 consecutive meetings or more than one-half of the meetings in a calendar year, must be removed.
